RETURN, REFUND & CANCEL

By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood and accepted these following policies.

RETURN POLICY

We always take pride in our product quality and our strict quality control system. In order to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a 30 calendar days return policy after you received the item (which is shown by the delivery information).

If you have any problems about the item you purchased, please contact our customer service department through e-mail: support@toyshea.com within 30 calendar days after receiving your order (which is shown by the delivery information). We will do our best to support your request.

 

      1. To apply for a case of return or exchange, please email to our customer service and include: order number, the question you want to solve together with picture of product if necessary. Without sufficient information, we may not able to process the return.

  1. You will then receive an email with our returning address which you will use it to ship back the items within 24 hours in business day and 48 hours in non-business days after receiving the emails
  1. Refunds will be processd and reimbursed to your original account -- credit card or PayPal the first time we receive your return package. It may take 5-7 business days to return to your account. 

Notice: 

  1. Tracking number of your return package is REQUIRED to complete the return. Please tell us the tracking number of return package the first time you have it. We CAN NOT process refund if we don't have it.
  1. All returned items should be unwashed and unworn with original tags and hygiene linner attached. We do not accept the returned item that was worn, torn, snagged, stained or altered in any way, they must be in original condition when being returned.
  1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, sexy lingerie, bra&accessories, panties, shapewear and underwear. Please note that  purchases made with coupons also cannot be returned or exchanged

About color difference:

Please notice that there might be a slight color difference between the product picture on our website and the actual product due to different monitors’ settings. We are committed to presenting the true appearance of the product, including its color.

But sometimes the color difference is inevitable. We are grateful if you can understand and accept the slight color difference.

If there was a large color gap between the actual product and the color displayed on our website. You can return the item. When you provide picture evidences, please take pictures of the product under natural daylight. Be noticed that not to take any pictures under nighttime lighting or under intense sunlight. These extreme conditions can cause unrealistic appear of the picture.

Please notice that any item that has been used does not qualify for a return. Please return it with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way, and the label should be attached.

REFUND POLICY

Refund Progress

  • Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
  • Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as you didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
  • We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product at the time of receipt.
  • Please message us within 48 hours after receiving your item should you decide to return your non-customized or non-assembled order.

Refund Options

All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. Money should be refunded in the currency you originally selected. If we're unable to refund you in the original currency, or your primary currency, you'll be refunded in US dollars (USD).

If you paid with your:

  • Credit card (including PayPal Credit): your refund will go to your credit card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement. If the card was canceled or you paid with a prepaid card, contact the card issuer to access your refund. The money will still be sent to this card account.
  • Bank account: your refund will initially go back to the PayPal balance before being auto swept back to the original funding source (bank). It may take up to 5 business days for the refund amount to appear on your bank account. If a refund is issued shortly after you paid, we'll try to cancel the transaction so you're never charged. If we're unable to cancel the transaction, the refund will be processed and sent to your bank account.
  • PayPal balance: your refund will go to your balance on the same day the refund was processed.
  • PayPal balance and your credit card: your refund will go to both your balance and credit card. The refund to your balance will happen the same day it's processed; the refund to the card may take up to 30 days.      
  • Debit card: your refund will go to your debit card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement. If the refund can't be applied to your debit card, it'll be sent to your PayPal account.  

Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. 

*If you do not receive a credit to your account within timeframe mentioned above, please contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

Due to current situations, your credit cards refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Returns process:

  • If you are not sure if your item is eligible for a return, please contact our Email Support Team at support@toyshea.com and our team will be glad to assist you.
  • Please email us the return tracking number, so we can also track down your return.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • All returned orders are inspected by our team. We will notify you of the approval or rejection. If found eligible, you will be refunded for the full product cost and the amount will automatically be applied to the credit card used or original payment used within a certain amount of days. If your item was returned with missing parts or not in its original packaging, we reserve the right to send you a partial refund for it.
  • Shipping cost is not included in the refund.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after the suggested time, please contact your bank or credit card company first as it may take some time (5 business days) before your refund is officially posted on your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@toyshea.com.

Cancel order

You can only cancel your order within 24 hours from purchasing time of the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (1.5% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. Full refund only applies to switching orders.

Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%.
